We are a small woman owned and operated business. Quite simply, we love makeup but don't like to pay the retail prices! YES, All our products are guaranteed to be Authentic and Fresh! We won't sell a product that we ourselves would not use or gift!

How can you offer discounts up to 80% off Retail?
There are huge markups on Makeup and since we have none of the high overhead that department stores have, we are able to pass some of the tremendous savings onto you!

When will my order be shipped?
Once we receive confirmation of your order, it will be shipped within 24 hours or Next Business day. We use USPS for the majority of our shipping yet may use Fedex or UPS.

How will I know when my order shipped?
We will send a confirmation e-mail to you with your order details along with the USPS delivery confirmation tracking number. We use USPS tracking for ALL shipments and you can access your package status online.

Do you carry Discontinued or Hard to find products?
YES, in many cases we are able to get limited quantities of discontinued and or hard to find products.

What if an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit?
If you receive a package with a damaged or broken item, then please keep all original packaging. Send us an e-mail reviewing the damages. We will contact you back within 24 hours or Next Business day and let you know if we can replace the damaged item or offer a refund. We have shipped thousands of packages via USPS and have had very few ever arrive damaged! However, just like you, we would be very disappointed and would want our issue resolved!
